We are all suffering from pandemic burnout. Our world has been thrown completely upside down and inside out and we are just trying to hold on to some kind of normality. Emotionally we are feeling tired and used up. Mentally we are feeling stuck and frizzled. Physically we can not imagine getting up and even moving our arms seems like a struggle.

This is when we need therapy most, but can not imagine having the psychic energy to invest in such a daunting project.
